The exact second you click submit, our system will send you an automated email notification confirming that your files have been safely received for editorial review. If your curated concepts and journey align with our focus pillars and what our audience is deeply interested in, we will notify you via email with your scheduled publication date and direct feature links once it goes live.
Before uploading your archives, please note that all images submitted to Klineduo are published in accordance with the protective guidelines outlined in The Klineduo License. How many photos/videos can I submit?
You may submit a maximum of (10) ten photographs for publishing in one session. To upload any additional content, kindly use this form. Any submissions received after the limit is reached will not be opened.
What types of files are accepted?
To ensure the highest quality, submissions should be 2,000 x 2,000 pixels or greater (approximately a full-size file from a 6 megapixel camera or greater), although smaller sizes of higher quality will be accepted. For ease of use, we recommend you to submit photo's in JPEG file format (.jpg or .jpeg) and Videos in (webm, mp4, mov, ogg)
Am I allowed to alter the photograph?
Yes. Digital manipulation of photographs is permitted if you prefer to censor your image or edit your Image. However, Photos must be clear & not over edited. By this we mean;

What should I do if other individuals appear in my photo?
KLINEDUO rules require that you obtain consent from anyone whose image is identifiable in the photo. A sample image release waiver form is provided. You must either use that form or an equivalent release form to obtain the signature of each identifiable person in your content. If you DO NOT submit a consent form in content that other individuals appear, KLINEDUO will assume that they know and you cannot hold us liable.
What should I include in my photo?
You aren't restricted to particular subjects or themes. However, there are important restrictions to keep in mind when choosing your subject:

Unsafe work conditions - Any photo that depicts a violation of our standards or any unsafe procedure or practice will not be approved. Be aware of any unmarked hazard, improperly installed piece of equipment or other violation that might be visible in your frame.

Violent imagery - Photos do not contain images of blood and flesh and gore; images of mutilation, torture, and death.
Do photographs that I submit have to be my own original work?
Yes. We require that any photograph that you submit for publishing must be your own original work and otherwise free from third-party copyright restrictions. Content that do not meet this requirement are not eligible for use by us.
How will I find out if my photo is selected?
Allow 1-3 business days for us to review your work after submitting. We will notify you by e-mail once approved.
Can I use photos from klineduo?
Photos may be used freely for personal use. However you may not be allowed to use images for commercial purposes, without permission from or attributing the photographer or Klineduo.
Can my photos have borders, graphics, text or watermarks overlaid on them?
This is the most common reason that photos are not accepted on Klineduo.

Borders include photos with a border, or partial borders of any colour.

Graphics include logos, clipart or any additional elements or overlays that are not original to the photo.

Text includes time stamps, hand lettering and any text.

Watermarks are not accepted.
How do I get my work deleted or removed?
Kindly fill out this Form and we will takedown your photo/profile as soon as we can. Please note that when a photo is deleted from Klineduo, we will do everything we can to prevent its further distribution, including preventing it from being viewed through Klineduo. However, the Klineduo License is irrevocable, so copies of the photo that may have been downloaded before deletion may still be used.
Why Submit Photos To Klineduo?
We can’t tell you what the benefit might be for you specifically, but from experience over the years and what we’ve learnt from brief talks we've had with some photographers that they submit photos to different platforms for a few different reasons. These generally include:

Inspiring Creatives. Professional photographers want to see what beginners are doing. Are they building on the concepts already created or just copy pasting and using the same ideas in their work. They did not condemn this, but what majority of them wanted is, inspired creatives to build on this creative ideas and come up with their own unique styles and concepts that would in turn inspire another set of creatives who would eventually discover their work in the future.

Discovery. They wanted to leave a mark on the Internet. Rather than having a large number of photos that sit on their drives, they prefer sharing the Images and have them discovered by a larger community.

Exposure. Sharing photos on Klineduo can give significant exposure for you as a freelance business or personal work as this may give a significant boost to your portfolio. A client may hire you if they love your work.
Does Klineduo share my photos anywhere else?
We do not upload photos uploaded by Klineduo contributors to any other website.
