Klineduo grants you an irrevocable worldwide copyright license to re-create, use similar concept, share and use of photos from Klineduo for Free personal use. i.e. Inspiration. If you intend to use any Images for commercial, please consider contacting the original author as majority of the Images featured contain creatives images of recognizable people.

The Klineduo License does not include the right (s) to use:

• Trademarks, Logos or Brands that appear in photos.

• People's Images if they are recognizable in the photos.

Therefore, if you happen to download any photos with any of these depicted in them, you may need the permission of the brand owner of the brand or work or the individual creative author depending on how you use the photo. We do not offer a License that enables the downloads, selling of the Images, or as prints and printed on products. You could however try reaching out to the photographer or model directly to discuss this.

We strongly DO NOT support the Mass duplication of Klineduo photos by means of practices like mass image scraping and crawling with the purpose of replicating a similar or competing service as it may lead to confusion and in such cases this may harm our mission as a brand and our ability to inspire creatives. This also hurts community trust in Klineduo, creating support and legal cases we can't control thus increasing our support and legal costs in an unsustainable way.

While the Klineduo License itself cannot be revoked for photos that have already been downloaded from Klineduo, we allow contributors (creatives that submit their work) to stop further distribution of their photo, and that's not possible if the photo is redistributed without user permission on other sites. As in most cases, the sites that redistribute the photos through crawling, scraping and mass compiling techniques either redistribute them without credit or they create fake accounts for contributors with their name and personal information without their permission. Some may download an entire library and redistribute it for profit, which in this case we may have little to no power to approach.

Mass compiling of Klineduo photos to create a similar service creates legal issues which confuses creatives and in this case the creative legal use of Images. If a Klineduo photo is copied to another site but later removed from Klineduo (For instance, if there is a copyright complaint), the photo will continue to be distributed on other platform, potentially causing legal problems for the creatives.
